"The 3-man team which were sent to our site in Lymington by BKP arrived on time in a clean tidy van. The men were all very polite and introduced themselves to myself. They set themselves up and wore all the appropriate PPE. The lorry driver was very careful at reversing the truck onto site and access was restricted. The task was to enter a 16,000-litre irrigation tank and clean it out before the irrigation system was commissioned, they used a high-pressure hose to clean the tank and removed the dirty water using the suction hose on the tanker, they made an excellent job and were a very professional team. The office staff are always very polite on the phone and they gave me a detailed quotation and explained the how the best to carry out the work required, Great customer service I would recommend BKP."
